1) Once your account is created and verified by email, you can submit your blog(s) for approval. Blogs are approved within three days – and often sooner. Once your blog has been approved, you are can view and accept Blogging Ads opportunities. An opportunity is an advertisement that you will post on your blog.
2) Once you have accepted an opportunity, you will create a post on your blog. Then you must submit the permalink or exact URL of the post for approval. Blogging Ads will review the post and either approve or reject it. If it is rejected, we will explain why and allow you to try again. Posts are reviewed weekly. Your post must remain live on your blog.
3) Your post will be approved within 1 to 2 weeks, we will check to see if the blog post is still live. (It does not have to be on the home page.) If so, you will get paid through PayPal with the email address you provided. We only pay through PayPal so you must have a valid account to accept payment.
4) In some cases you may be paid sooner, but expect 2 weeks to pass before payment. We make payments every Monday afternoon after posts have been approved.

They say 3 days to approve your blog, but I have had mines there for two weeks and still nothing, are they that backed up?
My suggest is just email them and ask the reason. I’m also heard about some “re-apply” case from others blogger. DOn’t worry, they will help you.
