As Paypal new requirement need us to register U.S bank account, many of us are looking for the alternative way on how to get it. As I know, many of us (Malaysia bloggers) had ordered the VMI and E*Trade card for that reason. But there’s a little bit of confusing here too.

I have read many experiences about VMI card and so far, it’s sound positive, But at the same time, I’m also noticed that there’s a lot of “un-satisfied” complaint about E*Trade card. Me myself also still not received any feedback from E*Trade regarding my application status (even any single email from them).

So last night, I just had a great “chatting” with one of the famous blogger in Malaysia (**********.com). Guess what, he also not satisfied with E*Trade because it’s already 3 weeks since he applied for the card.

Sorry to say because maybe this post will make Hafiz Latib feel (MalaysiaPal webmaster) quite uncomfortable (because E8Trade was included in his ebook). I don’t have any bad intention in this matter but this is fact. Figures never lie. Perhaps, Hafiz will help us to clear up this problem. Bear in mind, we have to do something about this current situation. Trust me, Paypal will never “configure” back their old way of transaction … since they will become a bank soon… (that’s my own thought). Anyway, I still hope they will let us withdraw our money like old time.

Now back to the of U.S back account’s topic.

Yesterday, I tried to find another way on Internet about how to open a U.S bank account online. So what I did I just type the keyword U.S. Bank Accounts for Non-Residents in Google search column. As you know, you will see a huge list of how to set up an “online” U.S bank account. I’m not sure how to deal with this kind of site but if you “dare” to apply it online, make sure you know how to check the list of the U.S bank.

What I mean is please be careful with a certain offer because there have been a flurry of web sites popping up on the web that are posing as full service mediators or “consultants” that assist non-residents open U.S. Bank Accounts. Unfortunately, after payment is submitted to these “companies”, the customer is redirected to an Individual Bank Account Application Form from a specific U.S. Financial Institution that must be filled in, printed out and faxed or mailed. The only problem is, only about 10% of non-residents are able to open a U.S. Bank Account using this method.

So here is the list of U.S bank that might help you regarding the verification:
