Posted by weirdoux in : Smorty , 3commentsAfter I published my entry about “Is it hard to earn RM4500.00 from your blogs?“, there’s one blogger from Malaysia has emailed me regarding paid to blog programmes that I have joined. He really want to know which one of those programmes that really good for Malaysian blogger.
Well, that’s sound very particular for me because it’s too common to be answered. I don’t even know what kind of blog that he run and what type of content that he had for his blog. I want to help him but all I can say, he need to read more about paid to blog programme in this blog because there’s a big different between one programme compared to the rest.
So in order to answer his question, I will start with Smorty programme. I know that many of Malaysian bloggers still not know about Smorty.com. The concept of Smorty.com is quiet similar like others paid to blog programme. Nothing more, nothing less. Bloggers get paid on a weekly basis and posts should be a minimum of 150 words. About “Smorty”, personally I like the dashboard because it is not confused me to look for the opps (assignment/opportunity).
What are some of the requirements to be an approved blogger?
There are over 25 criteria for each blog to be approved, however here are a few examples:
* Your blog must be indexed by Google and Yahoo
* Your blog must be older than 3 months
* Your blog must not contain any violent, hate related or adult content
* Your blog must be active and have a history of minimum average 2 new posts per week
* The blog must not have duplicate posts or excessive duplicate content
For your information, this is a programme where there is no segmentation terms like what you have in your Payperpost account. So wherever you are, you are FREE to sign up and submit your blogs for approval. Each blog that submit will be appraise by the Smorty’s team and once it done, you will know how much they will pay you. What I mean is each post will bring you a minimum of US$6 and the Pagerank of your blog along with a high Smorty smart score determines whether you receive higher paid ad campaigns, bringing you up to even USD100 per post.
What?
USD100 per post?
Yup, this is true. That’s why you can see some of our Malaysian bloggers can earned many,many, many thousands every month. They will not tell you how much they will get for each post that they have submitted.
Smorty’s also has a unique blogger ranking system. There are two factors affecting your income:
a) Firstly, if you have a higher Google Page Rank you will be offered higher paying campaigns. I guess you know about pagerank and how it works.
b) Secondly, Smorty’s calculates it’s own smart score system, it’s created by combining the following factors:
1) Googles PageRank.
2) Alexa Rankings.
3) Return rate of given tasks.
4) Approval/Decline ratio of completed tasks and.
5) Number of completed tasks.
If you have a higher Smorty score, you are more likely to receive more campaign offers and more higher priced campaigns. You can earn up to even $100 per article. That’s why I never reject any campaign from Smorty so far because I don’t want my “rate” going down.
For me, the best part with Smorty is I can have as many blogs as you can manage. The sky is the limit. The more blogs I have, the more opinion posts I can write and the more money I make!
Perhaps, this simple explanation will help you on how to make money with Smorty. Simply said, don’t waste your time by playing games 24 hours a day. Make some money for your pocket. This is something that I have never expected from my blogging job. From the first day I started my job as a blogger, I never expect I can reach this kind of amount because this is my ex-boss monthly salary. I still remember how he cursed me with his own way: “what the FUCK are you’re doing as a young people if you can’t earn that kind of amount? Go find some drug dealer lah and be their dog!? “Shit!” That’s what I said to myself because he is more younger than me.
But things getting better now because I’ve made a right decision to be a full time blogger. Eventhough my parent and my siblings not recommend me to quit my former job, but I have a confidence to makemoney from this job and I’m willing to take a risk to be a full time blogger.
Why?
Because I have made my own testimonial on myself. 2 months before I quit my job, I have earned more than RM500 just from 1 blog. Then I think maybe it will be great if I can make money from all my blogs. So what I did, I try to submit another blogs of mine and guess what? I’ve managed to earned more than RM2000.00 for that month.
Last month is the best month for me because I managed to earn more that RM4500.00 from ALL my blogs. Yup, I already submit all my blogs for money making programmes (look at My Money Sense section at my right sidebar) and this is what I’ve got.
Now I can FUCK back my ex-boss and I really want to say this:
“What the FUCk you’re doing here boss?
Monitor all your staff..?
Hey boss, look at me. I just stay at home and making money freely without any stress and NO staff to monitor you know.. some more, I can do whatever I want without any phone call!
Opsss boss, I also know that sometimes you also even miss your lunch! So now who is the boss, you or your staff???!!!!!!”
And I really want to show him my previous figure from my Paypal account. This is all the the transactions where I sell my Paypal to my broker.

What am I doing as a full time blogger actually?
Hah…hah… hah… if you want to ask me that kind of question, that’s mean you have to read the my entries in this blog. All I can say, my job is quite same like 5xmom.com, my friend Doris, Samm, Menj, Papajoneh and many bloggers that you always see in Petalingstreet.org. But if you really want to know how you can make money from your home, here are some facts that maybe will help you:
1. You can make money from your blog if your blog got a huge traffic. Adsense will be great for this kind of blog.
2. You have many blogs and a good AVERAGE pagerank (3 and 4) but you don’t have a good traffic, paid to blog programmes really can give you money for this kind of blogs.
3. You have a powerful niche content, traffic and SEO, text link ads definitely will make your PAYPAL look beauty every month.
4. If your blog got no pagerank, not so good traffic .. you still can earn online money from paid to blog programme.
5. You have a very good PR skills (not pagerank, it’s a “public relation”) and a very good consult on a certain knowledge, the affiliate programme is the right choice for you.
6. You have blogs, you still on your current job, you don’t want to quit from your daily job, you just blog whenever you have a time, you want to make your blogging job as your hobby, but you still want to make money from your blogs, just do the paid to blog programmes because it’s really paying… that’s it!!!!
Anyway, I am so satisfied with my blogging job right now. Praise to God because this is a rezeki HALAL. You also can be like me and others blogger in this world. All you need is your blogs, your time and your MINAT. Remember, blogging is not about money, it’s a lifestyle. If you don’t believe with my earnings, go find and calculate my paid posts, text link ads, affiliates and all My Money Sense in my blog network.

If you still have the Myblogblog tool on your site, congratulations because you are a generous blogger. Yup, you are a generous blogger because you are helping other bloggers by giving them more traffic. Hey, I’m not say some of you not generous ehhh… I just want to give a credit to the blogger who still got Myblogblog tool in their site.
1. How to get a maximum traffic to your blog by using Myblogblog?
Frankly, Myblogblog is a good platform to get a traffic rather than give a comment to other’s people site. To get a maximum exposure from Myblogblog, you must put your own real picture as your avatar in your Myblogblog account. If you want to attract more visitors, you can try to highlight your avatar by put some “good impact”. What I’m trying to say is make your avatar more attractive. Don’t use a hanky panky logo or weird picture or fancy name. Trust me, they don’t want to know you thru your ‘hamster” avatar. I had tried many pictures for my avatar before but this “blue” avatar really worth for me because clearly, it can attract more “cursor” to click on it.
2. How to make your face invisible from Myblogblog account.
(well, actually it’s not like what you read. it is how to visit other’s blog without telling anybody that you’re there…)
Tadaaaa… this is something that you really want to know right?
For those who had kicked out your Myblogblog tool from your site, you don’t need to do it anymore. Copy back your Myblogblog code and paste it on your sidebar or where it should be. I know many of us “afraid” to see our own face in other’s people site because it’s like a peek here, peek there. For those content theft, you also don’t use your Myblogblog avatar right? You “afraid” if the owner of the blog see your post. I wish this post will not be read by you!
Another reason is of course about EGO. Ohhh… come on, don’t be like that because last time, I’ve seen Johnchow’s face in my blog! (beware of scam avatar).
So, how to make your face invisible from Myblogblog account?

Bad bloggers trying to be a hero. September 4, 2007

Have you ever visit a blog that have a very damn powerful description like “the only blog that teach you how make money online’ or “helping other bloggers become pro” or “the best blog on how to make your blog success!”?
That’s what I’ve found and I’m not sure why there’s many blog like this lately. Frankly, I don’t believe to this kind of blog because all the contents from this blog are really irritating and annoying. By telling us about on “how to…”, “the best way…”, “5 steps…”, “successfull way to… ” and that kind of craps, certainly will make a visitor like me curse them back!
Hey, you just start you blog for a three months and still don’t have any pagerank, no Alexa Rank, no killer content, no comments, no here… no there… no people know your blog, now you want to teach other people how to be a problogger? Wake up man! Don’t try to make a publicity in front of us and don’t try to show off. We know that you’re not that good.
I’m not trying to be a hero but why must you do that?
Just be yourself and tell the world who you are. If you think that you need a big exposure, just be honest to your readers and no need to lie. I think it will be good if you just “straight to the point”. Putting a description like “A journal about stupid blogger from ………” is not a bad choice because people will know that you are willing to learn on the spot. After that, if you want to share all your daily experiences in your blog, that will be more great and this is the right way how you can attract more visitors to your blog.
Don’t just use the damn good powerful description but the content is sucks!

Blogging tips- How do you find an idea for your next entry without nothing story to tell? September 3, 2007

I think many of us always facing this kind of situation. When this happened, there is one “phenomenon” that most of us don’t like. Yup, we will see our own face in other’s blog via Myblogblog right? We will visit other’s blog to read their posts or maybe we will have a little peek here and a little peek there. Yeah, this is true and that’s why we can see many bloggers has kicked out their Myblogblog tool from their site.
Allright, let’s get back to the main topic. How do you find an idea to post an entry without nothing story to tell? If you have it, why not you share it here because I’m willing to share my tips too. This is my personal tips and normally, I will practise all these tips each time when I am too tired or busy with my daily job.
1) I will go to the bookshop.
I will buy a few magazines that’s related with internet and blogging stuff. There’s many magazines that you can found lately but I will not list them here because this is not a sponsored post….hah…hah….hah…\0/. For your information, reading a magazine is a good way to find an idea for your next entry. I noticed that many of my friends (bloggers) now are “very lazy” to read magazine because they think internet is where they can found all the info that they need. Again, this is wrong because magazines can provides you many official reports about what happenings around us, but blog is not. In fact, reading a magazines is more relevant with my current job. After that, I have a lot of story to post in my blogs.
2) I like to compile all the latest info that I’ve got.
Yup, I’ve got it from the forum that I have joined. Maybe some of you have your own favorite forums and I also know many of you will read all of it. But for me, I only concentrate with my 2 favorite forums that is Digitalpoint and V7N. After I’ve got my own favorite topic that I want, then only I will post it in my blogs. But in order to pick which one is the best, I need to ask myself so that it will give a benefit to my readers like this blogging job post.
3) I will quote any hot topic from my favorite blogs.
The good example is 5xmom’s blog. Even I never met him personally, but I like to read her posts because she is my idol. Like in her latest post, I will make special entry about this phenomenon because it really caught my attention. One more thing that I’d like to tell you here is I never subscribe to any of my favorite blogs. Why?
Because I said so…. (I prefer to visit their blogs daily and “manually”)
