My sister want to verify her account at Paypal and after she filled in and follow all the steps like what we normally did, she was so disappointed and piss off because she can’t verify it. So what she did, she went back to Al-Rajhi bank and after some “unsatisfied” explanation from the staff, she was told that “there is nothing wrong with her account”. This is the Paypal’s problem.
Day after that, she emailed Paypal about this matter and this is what is actually happened:
As you mentioned, you would like to verify your PayPal account, right?
I am so sorry to hear the unpleasant experience for your family when they tried to verify their account. I suggest them to contact their PayPal customer service to clarify the details why they failed.
By checking your PayPal account, you added your card ending with **** in your PayPal account on Dec 18, 2007. Unfortunately, the Expanded Use Fee of $1.95 was denied by your card company. That’s why we were unable to send you the Expanded Use Number in order to verify this card.
I suggest you to contact your card company for the details. Or if you have another card, such as Master card, please feel free to use another card instead. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused you. If you need any other further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I have many Paypal buyers coming in at Low Yat Forum. I think I will get all my money USD1000.00 in this week. To all my buyers, thank you very much and I salute your honesty. For your information, I still can get higher rate (3.25) eventhough my Al Rajhi Card have a problem.
Now let’s get to the main topic that is blogging. I noticed many blogs are dying now. Based on what Lilian’s said in her blog, she claimed that “blogging is really, really dead and canned“. At first, I feel the same way like Lilian’s had.
But actually, blogging is not dead but paid to blog programme maybe. I am looking for a person who can meet me personally or online to help me withdraw my Paypal money. My Al-Rajhi debit card just gave me a problem and based on what they told me, it will need few days to settle it.
I need a money right now and based on my calculation (it will same like what you’re gonna calculate), you will earn around RM200+ in a single transaction. Yup, I have about $1000 +++ in my Paypal account. Eventhough the rate now is 3.3xx something, but I’m offering my rate at 3.1!!!
