I’m not sure whether they paying or not because the website itself look so new and I don’t see any prospect (advertiser) so far in their website. I also can’t give any further comment about this programme because they have their own logarithm to determine your earnings. *** logarithm? sigh…i hate that word because it remind me of google penalize….
