I think I will get serious to promote my own country this time. I made a decision to come up with this idea ( Malaysia Best Resort dot com) after I read one article in the newspaper today. The article is about one man from (forget his country’s name and also his name…. he..he..he… sorry sir) that already spent his life for about few years in Malaysia just for his own reason.

The reason for him to stay in Malaysia is because he really like the sea, the sun, the sand and the aquatic live in one of our beauty island, Pulau Layang-layang (Layang-layang Island). As I read from the article, I also noticed that he just published his own book about the truth and the beauty of Pulau Layang-layang. Thanks sir, we all Malaysians really appreciate that.

So back to my project.
I just set up my new blog that is Malaysia Best Resort. This blog will be focus on the beauty of all resorts in Malaysia. Simply said, this Malaysia Best Resort blog is my new travel blog.

Why I want to develop it?
Simple.
I am a Malaysian and it’s my responsibility to do it.

Today is 20 Feb 2008 and so far, I’ve managed to earn around USD900 from all paid post programs that I’ve joined. All this income are from my blogs that have a PR3-PR4 domain that I’ve bought 2 months ago. The most pleasure is when all the PR3-4 domains that I’ve bought is still remain at the same PR even after the latest PR updated last few weeks.

How do I make money from paid post after Google penalization?
Now this is the normal question that I always received via my Yahoo! Messenger (like Doris and Menj). For those who always online with me, I guess you guys already know about this. But for those that still don’t know about how I can make money from paid post in this “critical period (just because all my blogs got no PR <— BULLSHIT, who said that?”), then keep reading this article because I will clear your mind about this matter.

Basically, you STILL and DEFINITELY CAN make money from the domain with PR that you buy. The only thing that you must know is how to find a GOOD, RELIABLE, VALID and STRONG domain. That’s it.

If you know how to find a good and strong PR domain, then it’s okey. But if you don’t know how to find it, then it will cause you a problem specially after the Google pagerank update.

Lately, I always see many peoples who are not in this industry come up with their bad assumptions. I also not sure how they can express their assumption and their own opinion about this matter (even they are not really involved in this business). In fact, I can bet that they don’t have any experienced in purchasing any domain with PR.

Now can you tell me who are the “right person” here?
The people in this industry or the people who are not related with this industry?

Now let me tell you what’s this all about:

I am a full time blogger and I making money online. Before this, I making money online from my Adsense and sell text link untill the paid post program comes in. After that, I’m concentrated most of my time on paid post and I managed to earn more than RM6000++ per month from all my blogs. So before Google start their “rumour” to penalize all blogs that sell link and paid post, I already make my first move!

Yup, I started to learn about how to live with paid post program and how to find a good domain with PR. I’ve spend about 2 months to learn on how to find a good domain and after I put myself in my own “R&D”, then I realize that I can be a good domainer. I’ve learned so much until I came out with my own domain profile that is AllSmartDomain.com. The facts is, I’ve sold many domains (including domain with PR) in many famous forums like Digitalpoint, Namepros, V&n and DnForum. You even can look at my iTrader at Digitalpoint forum.

Can PR3 and PR4 domain that I bought makes me money?
Of course and why not!???

You have a good domain with PR3-PR4 , then why not you submit it in Sponsoredreviews or something like that?
Sponsoredreviews has many big opportunities lately and this is where I make my big money.
For you information, there’s hundreds of “individual advertisers” in many forums that always look for a blog post and paid link. Make a deal with them.
Remember, you earn the money from advertiser, not from Google right?

So why you should worry about the domain with PR that you bought?
If you say “opss…. I’m afraid the PR will drop…” or “what will happen with the PR after the pagerank update..?“, then let it be. Then buy again the domain with PR. That’s the way it goes and that’s what I’ve did all this time.

Come on guys……
You bought your PR3-PR4 for about USD50-60 each, you may earn more than USD1000 from all your PR3-PR4 blogs within 3 months (before next pagerank update), then you want to be afraid of your PR drop. Buy again laaa…!! And keep making money from the paid post program…. if drop again, then buy again… why you make your life so difficult?

Again, the domain with PR that you buy is only for a business right? Not for your personal blog!!!
Coz if you want to have a personal blog and want to develop it, then forget about this PR domain issue. As I said in my first paragraph, this entry will only tell you about how you want to make money online from paid post like what I’ve did.

***If you ask me “what about my previous blog? No PR anymore….”, I will advice you to SURRENDER to Google and keep your pure natural blogging. As for me, I have two types of BLOG and BLOGGING. Means that, I have some blogs just for my pure natural blogging and some blogs for paid post. And I live happily ever after……………….

Well I come up with this topic after I’ve met one of my best friend this afternoon. At first, I thought it was not him but after a while, then I know that the guy (my friend) just changed his style. Yup, he’s like a business man yaw!

Then while we were on chat, then I noticed that he is wearing a rolex replica watch on her left hand (yeah, he told me so). They are far too expensive for the average men to buy so many of them prefer to get a replica. That’s why he bought it. Actually, I also don’t know the different because it really looks like the original one.

Not only that, he also told me that he need to wear that rolex replica because he have to maintain his style. As a real estate agent, self esteem and style always will bring a deal. For those who can’t afford to buy Rolex watches, buying a replica might be a necessary part of maintaining their reputations. That’s what life about.

If you have an article about Microsoft acquired Yahoo! in your blog, then you must read this:

In a bid to remain independent, Yahoo plans to reject Microsoft Corp.’s unsolicited takeover offer, according to reports on the Wall Street Journal’s web site.

Quoting sources familiar with the situation, the Journal reports that Yahoo’s board feels the offer of $31 per share “massively undervalues” the company. A letter spelling out the position is expected to be sent Monday. Yahoo also expressed concern that Microsoft’s offer does not account for risks to Yahoo should the deal be overturned by regulators.

The Journal source said the company would be unwilling to consider an offer below $40 per share, which would represent a $12 billion increase over Microsoft’s original $44.6 billion bid. It is unclear if Microsoft would be willing to increase its bid by such a significant amount.

Microsoft bidded 31per share…Yahoo wants at least 40. So Yahoo stocks will plum again!
Maybe Google will buy them but Microsoft can still make another bid, Yahoo! just wanting billions more, who knows….?

As for myself, they have demanded so high because both Google and Microsoft are desperate for Yahoo!

This is my first adsense income for 2008. Well it decreasing but at least, I managed to earn more than one thousand this time. No matter what happen, I will never leave adsense program on all my blogs except 2 of my private blog (no need to mention it here).

Anyway, I just want to share something about my experienced at CIMB bank Taman Molek, Johor Bahru. I think this is one of the weird thing that happened to me so far. I don’t know how to describe my feeling at that time but something is missing there. Here I listed down the situation that makes me sick.

1) The security guard cannot speak Malay or even an English. I know maybe the security guard is Nepal? Gurkha? or whatsoever but at least, find someone who can speak English.
2) The only thing that the guard did is “fingering” all the customers to the information counter. What a simple job.
3) Got 2 people in the information counter but only one in a “fully function”. The other one is just stand and hold the phone, looking at his friend. Again, what a simple job! (poor to the other one, but trust me.. you are a good officer!)
4) I have to wait for almost 1 hour to cash out my Western Union because the officer takes about 6 minutes to entertain one Bangla’s worker. That’s makes me feel like a Bangla’s worker, seriously!
5) I know all the staff will give more priority to us (Malaysian) to settle down their deal but hey, does anybody alert about how many Western Union “tickets number” that have been printed out from the “number machine” ? For God sake, I am so disappointed.

But past is past, tomorrow is a new day and that’s mean, I will cash out my next adsense income in other branch. Well just wait and see.

As we know, there’s many of Malaysian bloggers nowadays has succeed in making their own Wordpress theme. I don’t have to list their name here because you also already know who are they. Not only that, one of our Malaysia theme maker (Bob) actually has managed to put himself as one of the most superb theme maker in the world. There’s thousand of blogger’s out there that still using his themes right now. Simply said, he is a good theme maker/developer.

But there’s a group of blogger/webmaster that prefer to create their own (original) theme by hiring other’s person/coder. They will ask the person to build their own theme based on their need. After that, they will release it as a FREE THEME. Now here comes the problem and this is what I want to highlight in this post.

Well, I just found one thread in DP that clearly shows an illegal activity on how this theme hijacker want to try your FREE THEME. This is a really bad person. You may see it here. Frankly, he is trying to sell one of the Alang’s FREE THEME. This hijacker even want to sell it at $15!!! Damn!!! I wonder where he got this stupid idea but I already inform it to Alang personally.

So for all my friends (theme maker/builder), please beware of this kind of hijackers!
