I think Google smart pagerank “machine” got a problem.
I have to say it here because I have 2 cases that really funny to share and one of the cases are looks so stupid. I know that there’s something wrong with Google because they can’t solve this problem.
Remember Google penalize?
Now as we know, many bloggers and website owners that got penalized by Google prefer to not to talk about it anymore because they know that they can’t do nothing. When the blogsphere “chaos” about sponsored link and paid review, JohnChow still there with his PR and from my own observation, Google seems afraid with JohnChow (what happen to Google?). I’ve read so many entries about this… :”why JohnChow safe? why JohnChow’s PR not zero like us?” and something like that.
Now here is my 1st funny story about Google pagerank. It’s about my officemate’s PR.
He just started blogging just for 2 months and so far, he never expose his blog to blogoshere. The story begin when he called me (after the last pagerank update 3 weeks ago) and ask me to check his PR. Surprisingly, he got PR3! Without any backlinks and comments (he just blogging up to his mood, personal blogging), he managed to get it. Then I asked him either he did something to his site suac as backlinks or linkbuilding, then he said… “go to hell.. this is not an English site remember, so why should I keep wasting my time to do all such of things? In fact, I never concentrate on my PR and I really don’t care about it!”
The 2nd story is about my bestfriend’s PR.
He just bought a domain (fresh domain, not aged domain or aged domain with PR) and still not installed any Wordpress. As usually, he just changed the NameServer and guess what…. the weird thing is happened again! Without any installation and without any exposure, his domain (not his blog) got a PR2! Now can you tell me what is actually happening here?

Maybe this is what I called a faith and luck.
I never thought that I will be selected by Google for their hosting apprentice for Malaysia. I still remember the day when I sent the application form (Dec 2007- before Christmas), I feel nothing about this. Blogging: no mood or no more? December 16, 2007

I have many Paypal buyers coming in at Low Yat Forum. I think I will get all my money USD1000.00 in this week. To all my buyers, thank you very much and I salute your honesty. For your information, I still can get higher rate (3.25) eventhough my Al Rajhi Card have a problem.
Now let’s get to the main topic that is blogging. I noticed many blogs are dying now. Based on what Lilian’s said in her blog, she claimed that “blogging is really, really dead and canned“. At first, I feel the same way like Lilian’s had.
But actually, blogging is not dead but paid to blog programme maybe. You still can blog about bird, air, recipe, personal, sex, girlfriend, officemate, car, internet, artist, son, daughter, mother in law and everything under the sun…. opsss, also above the sun like Syeikh Muzaffar. There will be only 2 reasons for you to blog now that is no mood or no more.

I know maybe some of you will think I am crazy but this is a true case, not a a joke. I’m not sure who gonna penalize them but the way they promote their Google Mini-Google Enterprise service really caught my attention. If your blog had been penalized by Google, then you should not miss this.
Actually, Google Mini-Google Enterprise is just another way how Google will get their easy money from advertising. It’s more like a business directory but the only different is the cost. Yup, if you want to advertise on this PR7/10 page, then you have to pay around $166 per month or $1995 minimum! That is right, if you want a PageRank 7 link directly form Google.com, all you need to do is buy a Google Mini Search Appliance for $1,995 per year (or $166 per month) and you can get a link on this page.
But I don’t think that you will get a benefit from “pagerank” value because I’m sure Google will set the ref=”nofollow” tag so that its internally set to not pass on pagerank. All Google want is easy money. Should Google slap on a nofollow tag on those links? Or should they penalize themselves?

Simply said, if you want to put your link on this PR7/10 just for a pagerank matters, just forget it. There’s too many links in that Google Mini-Google Enterprise page. It’s more like an advertisement reason and profit oriented specially if you have a big company. So by telling your customer about your linking page with the great “big G”, at least you can put more value on your company’s credibility. Got that?
My conclusion: Google love to do easy money..hell yaaa!

From today onwards, make sure you check your pagerank on a daily basis because Google is still keep rollin’ with their pagerank penalised. I have my own reason because one of my blog just dropped it’s pagerank from PR3/10 to PR1/10. I also dedicate this post for the bloggers who think they need a PR for their blogging job. If the bloggers itself think they don’t need or don’t care about their fucking PR, just deny this post. I know that kind of “blogger” really don’t care about their pagerank because they have a very good Alexa rank.
So if you do a paid to blog programme or sell text link in your blog, just keep your ass prepared. This is the karma that you should face including me. But life must go on right? As for me, I have many other source to make money online. I have my own affiliate programme, paid to click, paid to survey, bid directory (new project- I have discussed it with Menj) and such things like that.
So don’t be surprised if something happen to your blog’s pagerank after you wake up in the next morning!
